Completed in the Fall of 2004. This custom home on Lake Hartwell was built based on an idea taken from the artistic rendering below. All construction was done with sketches drawn by the customer and detailed by Kerber Construction. This unique home features a large covered porch finished with cypress and overlooking Lake Hartwell.

At closing, this home appraised for $36,000 more than the contract price!
